Terms of Use

Last updated: October 15, 2026

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Bidfy website and the hiring of our software development services. By using this website or hiring our services, you agree to these terms.

1. About Bidfy

Bidfy is a software development studio that designs, builds and operates web applications, APIs, cloud platforms and AI integrations for teams and companies. These terms apply to all content on this website and to all services provided by Bidfy.

2. Use of the website

The content of this website is provided for informational purposes. You agree to use it only for legitimate purposes and not to:

  • violate any applicable law or regulation;
  • copy, resell or commercially exploit the content without authorization;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to Bidfy systems;
  • transmit malicious code or interfere with the operation of the website.

3. Proposals and hiring services

Each project is governed by a written proposal that defines the scope, deadlines, deliverables and amounts. In case of conflict between these terms and a signed proposal, the proposal prevails.

Unless agreed otherwise, projects start with a paid discovery phase that produces a technical plan and a first functional deliverable.

4. Payments

Amounts, payment terms and schedules are set out in the proposal for each project. Unless stated otherwise, the first installment is due before work begins and following installments are due according to the agreed milestones. Payment delays may suspend the execution of services.

5. Intellectual property

After full payment of the project, the client receives ownership of the source code and project-specific deliverables. Bidfy retains ownership of its internal tools, reusable libraries, methodologies and the content of this website. The client warrants that it owns the rights to the materials it provides to us.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties commit to keeping confidential the commercial and technical information exchanged during and after the execution of the services.

7. Warranty and limitation of liability

We fix, at no additional cost, implementation defects reported up to 30 days after the delivery of each milestone. This warranty does not cover changes made by third parties, changes to requirements, or incompatibilities with external services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bidfy's total liability to the client is limited to the amount actually paid by the client for the service that gave rise to the claim. Bidfy is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms periodically. The version published on this website is the one in force, and relevant changes will be communicated in writing to active clients.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country of residence of Bidfy, and any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in a contract.
